Another Kind of Green
The grass isn't always greener on the other side...
Colette Dawson's life is not enough and far too much. She's overworked and under-appreciated, exacerbated by the claustrophobia of living in a too-small starter home. When her husband, Nick, agrees to tour the home of her dreams, Colette thinks she might finally get some relief…until Nick hires a contractor to renovate their home. "Make a list," he says, convinced they can make do with what they already have.
When Colette's best friend, Zoey, reveals her picture-perfect family is being torn apart by infidelity, Colette realizes that settling for what she and Nick have is not the answer. Desperate to avoid a similar fate, Colette caves and comes up with a list of home improvements, but she also starts a separate list—an inventory of everything Nick needs to change about himself if she's going to stay in not only their home but their marriage.
What seemed like a smart idea soon spirals out of control and, caught in a web of emotions, Colette and Nick quickly discover that sometimes, the most profound renovations take place within ourselves.
Releasing in 2025 from Love N. Books Press
